Shree Sharda Secondary School is one of the oldest educational institutions in the region, established on 22nd Jestha, 2018 B.S. through the dedication of education lovers, social workers, and intellectuals such as Taula Ram Rana, Bhajora Rana, Bhedu Ram Khuna, Dammar Lal Chaudhary, Nartaman Rai, Birchand Badayak, Ram Ugra Prasad Murau, Raja Ram Rana, Harisharan Rana, and Chedaram Rana.
The founding principal was the late Ram Ugra Prasad Murau, a resident of Richa, Ward No. 5, Belauri Municipality. Initially, classes were conducted from Grade 1 to Grade 3. With gradual development, the school expanded to Grade 5 in 2041 B.S., and to lower secondary level in 2056 B.S. Due to population growth and increasing student enrollment, the school was upgraded to secondary level on 2064/12/20 B.S., and received official approval for secondary-level positions on 2071/05/03 B.S…
